of all types of light or heavy materials in hot or cold weather to NLGI-4. Model INJ 1198 comes
as pictured, complete with a 20 ft., 3/8” I.D. high-pressure supply swivel hose with 18” discharge
hose assembly, giant button head coupler (10850) outlet, self priming follower plate and
spring, 15,000 psi liquid-filled gauge, gauge cover, and gauge tee.
Model INJ 1198 is an air-operated volume pump, mounted on a pneumatic heavy duty
rubber-tired dolly. This bucket pump assembly is designed for use in rugged conditions, and will
outlast conventional dollies. This portable pump can be used indoors or outdoors and
transports easily up and down steps. This pump comes completely assembled and is ready for
use after inserting material to be pumped into the bucket pump container.
This economical model features a 100:1 ratio pressure pump with sealed-in air motor. Maximum
air inlet pressure of 150 psi may be used sparingly and with caution, but recommended inlet
pressure of 100 to 150 psi gives an optimum operating range. Straight and “Z” swivels, a needle
valve with an 18” discharge hose, check-valve with pressure release, and a giant button head
coupler is included.
An Air Filter/Lubricator set is included with this model as standard equipment.
Also included is a screw connection coupler set for lubricating vent cap fittings.
